South Hills Catholic Academy Schola Cantorum Members Perform at Andrea Bocelli Foundation Benefit
On Friday, April 5th, members of the South Hills Catholic Academy Schola Cantorum Chamber Singers were invited to sing at a private event hosted in honor of the Andrea Bocelli Foundation. The students, led by SHCA Musical Director, Mr. Joseph Helinski, sang an array of classical chants and liturgical compositions with Andrea Bocelli in attendance. Maestro Bocelli was greatly moved by the students’ singing and was highly complimentary! We are always so proud of our fine students and their great musical achievements. Many thanks to the Andrea Bocelli Foundation for asking us to sing, and for this once in a lifetime opportunity for our students!
